I sent my passport and Visa to Ambassador in early May to get help with a Visa. The only thing I heard after submitting my application was a charge of $600. I requested my passport back around mid-June and kept getting the runaround. Now it's September 8th, 2021, and I finally got my passport today. I would not suggest using their services.

I am completely let down. There's no way I'm ever returning to this place. Because of a major blunder on their part, my passport didn't show up in time, forcing me to cancel a trip we've been planning for practically the whole year. To make matters worse, they just shrugged when I voiced my concerns and didn't even bother to apologize or offer any kind of compensation for their awful service and the mess it caused. In the last few years, I've sent them about 4-5 referrals, but that's done now. Stay away from them at all costs.

During the COVID-19 crisis, the biometrics offices in Seattle were shut down, leaving me confused about how to schedule my biometrics appointment. On a hunch, I reached out to Ambassador Passport and Visa Services to see if they had any tips (after trying to contact everyone at the UK visa offices and VFS Global with no success). I’d definitely suggest Ambassador Passport to anyone in need of passport assistance. Our whole family relies on APVS. We travel a lot and sometimes to places where getting a Visa can be tricky. Don’t be misled by how it looks, these ladies are truly top-notch!
